Administration Module - Try it Out!

You are invited to test TrainingRegister® with no obligation.  We provide real software with a limited registration key.  A sample database is provided to make it easy to test all features and reports.  If you decide to purchase TrainingRegister, a new install is not required. We simply issue a permanent registration key and help you create a new empty database for managing your own training records.

You need only register once. That will suffice for testing ALL products and all features.  You will receive a registration letter containing access to the trial registration key, download information for the Administration Module and links to test the other modules with the following limitations:

The Administration Module must be downloaded and installed on your workstation for testing.  It can later be moved to a shared folder on your server and shared with other Training Administrators.  Download information is accessed via a hyperlink in the registration letter.

The Web Module can be tested without installation on your system.  We have it installed on our web server and will provide a hyperlink and login information with the registration letter.

The TrainingRegister® Administration Module comes with a Built-in Import Utility at no extra cost.  The Built-in Import Utility can be tested prior to purchase.

A Custom Import Utility is available when import needs exceed the capability of the Built-in Import Utility.

The Annual Support Package can be, and should be, tested prior to making a purchase decision for Training Register™.  We sincerely invite you to call us several times with questions and to schedule one or more sessions for a telephone demo or training session.  During business hours, you should get a real person who will either help you right then or call you back.  This is the same support and training you will get after you make a purchase.

License: For pre-purchase testing, you may share the trial registration with your colleagues and install as many stand-alone installations of Training Register as needed. When you purchase TrainingRegister®, all installations must share one common database to comply with the TrainingRegister® Software license.  The License is, in summary, a "one database license" with no limitations on the number of workstations or seats. In other words, you can put all employees/students in one common database and access it with an unlimited number of workstations or seats. The actual license can be viewed when the install program is run and is available on request.
